Are you interested in sustainable development and would like to gain in-depth knowledge of the effects of uncontrolled proliferation of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW) on societies and individuals? If so, the Parliamentary Forum on Small Arms and Light Weapons (the Forum) would warmly welcome your application to intern for us during autumn 2022!
The Forum is the only membership-based organisation of parliamentarians working specifically for the prevention and reduction of SALW-related violence. We believe that parliamentarians, by virtue of their mandate and as public figures, are uniquely positioned to prevent the uncontrolled proliferation of SALW and thereby make a decisive contribution to sustainable development.
At the Forum you will get the chance to contribute to our work, gain practical experience of international development cooperation as well as the opportunity to take part in a wide variety of tasks.
