The Forum expresses its political views through Policy Statements adopted by the Board Members or the General Assembly and Declarations adopted at meetings at inter-regional, regional and sub-regional levels. Both instruments embody the policy shaping role of the Forum.  Policy statements are intended to reflect the Forum’s political position on a topic, while Declarations represent the views of those parliamentarians present at the meetings.
