Vincent de Paul Emah Etoundi, is a graduated lawyer, with a Diploma of Higher Specialized Studies in public management and monitoring and evaluation of projects. After eleven years in the public service, he was elected as a Member of Parliament in Cameroon. His missions as member of the Committee of Defence and National Security enabled him to become a member of the Parliamentary Forum on Small Arms and Light Weapons (PFSALW). During his second term he became: Secretary of the parliamentary group of the National Assembly; member of the Committee of Constitutional Law, Human Rights and Freedoms, Justice, Legislation, Regulation and Administration; President of the Parliamentarians Network against Malnutrition; Secretary General of the Parliamentary Network for the Promotion of Actions and Policies for Youth and Children. In November 2016 Emah Etoundi was elected as representative to the Board of the Parliamentary Forum on Small Arms and Light Weapons.
