In cooperation with civil society organizations, the Forum supports and promotes the participation of its members in various campaigns on SALW control and violence prevention issues. A parliamentary resolution in support of international arms transfer control was launched in 2005 and has been adopted in part by various parliaments. The Forum also offers support material, upon request, for parliamentary initiatives within this thematic field.
